I consider myself lucky to have found Ladan to be my agent. I have worked with a few agents in the past but none had the professionalism, dedication and the vibe that she has. She brought in a very positive energy and put her soul into finding a house for me that I was happy with. She just didn’t want to make a sale, she truly wanted to find me a home that I love, and she did that. The house was in escrow but when she saw how much I liked the house from the photos, she went to work. She kept following up with the seller’s agent. She even managed to get a showing even though they were very close to closing and it was covid time and the seller was reluctant to show the house. Ladan with her super social and friendly personality worked her way to get the showing. Needless to say, the escrow fell apart and I got the house. During the buying process she went above and beyond to negotiate and make sure I was protected in every step of the way as far as inspection, disclosures and getting any amount of credit possible. She is simply the best.
